Eight TP52's of the usual Audi MedCup Circuit fleet are competing for the 2009 TP52 World Championship title based from the Real Club Nautico de Palma in Mallorca

After the practice race won by Quantum Racing (USA), the defending title holders, racing begins Wednesday and finishes Sunday with up to 11 races. Friday is billed to be the coastal race.

French Paprec Recyclage and British Henri Lloyd-Weapon of Choice are new to the TP52 fleet.
